Pile is a small but busy suburb of Dubrovnik (see map), situated just in front of Pile Gate, well known Dubrovnik's landmark at the western side of the Old town and home of a popular bus station. The area is an important transport hub for the whole city and well known for frequent traffic jams, so it can be pretty busy around here.
